Arrange a complimentary Initial Scoping Exercise (ISE)

Our Process

You can contact us by telephone or email and one of our Planning and Mobilisation Affiliates (PMAs) will work with you to arrange a complimentary Initial Scoping Exercise (ISE), usually by Microsoft Teams in the first instance.

An in-person ISE can be arranged should prospective clients prefer but this method is subject to mutual availability.

Scoping

Our PMAs understand the acute and long-term pressures facing Primary Care Providers and they understand the challenges you might be facing.

Our affiliates will most likely make some initial suggestions based on the matters discussed, but a full briefing with be discussed with our Governance Committee in order to consider a bespoke support
package tailored to your specific needs, whether that be on ad-hoc or long-term occurrence.

Planning

A further meeting will be held in-person where GPS affiliates will meet with the main stakeholders of your organisation to outline a feasibility and impact assessment based on the information provided at the ISE.

A full impact assessment and a proposed mobilisation plan will be discussed and agreed by all parties before the planning meeting concludes. Due to our extensive workforce, we are able to mobilise our teams to support your organisation within a matter of days, meaning our clients can seek assurance in knowing we are by their side no matter what the circumstance.

Mobilisation

Following the planning meeting, one of our PMAs will draw together the necessary contracts to be exchanged within 24 hours and these will shortly be followed by all the necessary HR documents for the General Practice Specialist Advisors (GPSAs) assigned to support your business.

You will also be assigned a Customer Relations Manager (CRM) who will act as a single point of contact and co-ordinate the progress of our GPSAs.

Keeping in touch days

Your CRM will maintain contact and also send weekly progress reports along with weekly surveys to track your satisfaction. The satisfaction and success of our clients remains at the epicentre of our journey together to help overcome any matter presented.

After Care

We have a variety of aftercare packages should our support services only be required for a short-time and your CRM will discuss these with you.

Long-term Support
